The beginning of the year is crowded with awards programs, and the video game industry is no exception. I’m really honored to share that two projects I participated in this past year have been nominated for awards, and one has won!
Children of Termina – the dark symphonic retelling of Majora’s Mask by Rozen – has won the award for “Best Album: Fan-Arranged” in the Annual Game Music Awards put on by VGMO. I had an incredible time contributing vocals, score preparation, and production for this album, and I’m so proud of everyone involved for their hard work!
“Ballad of the Windfish” from Rozen’s Ballads of Hyrule album (and featuring me on vocals) has been nominated for a Game Audio Network Guild (G.A.N.G.) Award for Best Game Music Cover/Remix! I’m so excited to be included with a superb group of nominees. Stay tuned next month to find out if we win or not!
